Bought car with broken odometer. Agreement&bill of sale said75K TMU, Title says 292K? - car sale agreement
I bought a 1994 BMW last for an auction. On the same day I bought the car dealership and I have signed an agreement and declaration from the sale of paper, contain information and motor information about the sale. Immobilizer 75,000 TMU said (I know that the actual mileage is unknown). I was given the title a few days later (it was to me) and the title says 292,000. In the state of 0 indicates) Mileage (actual mileage and save them.
Is this a scam? How can you fill TMU, if the performance actually in the title? Can I do something, because I have proof of the Agreement and Declaration of the sale (including mileage and signiture dealership). How can this legal?
I was thinking of filing a civil action for DC Special, but I'm not sure if it's going to work or if (the value and if I can do) without a lawyer.
I appreciate any help!

MGT - Total miles from the sun.
If the title suggests 10 or 1,000,00 not serious. Miles are not the last time the car was titled known. And yet, when you say TMU thats what it is - unknown.
Every time there is a broken odometer or odmoeter problems, the car TMU. He would have stopped working day .... sold after the last remaining TMU.
You can complain if you wish. Everything you need to do the researchers, is about the three letters and tell him that it's over.
